Terms of Use

These terms apply to www.boosterleap.com, www.aitoniedutech.com and the Placements LEAP platform at placement.boosterleap.com (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Aitoni Edutech, a sole proprietorship of Nitin D Thokare, GSTIN 27AHAPT1060E1ZO, Pune, Maharashtra 411060, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. The service

Placements LEAP provides self-paced online courses: lessons, code examples, quizzes, progress tracking and related learning tools. Content is for education. We do not guarantee any job, placement, interview result, exam score or salary.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your email address up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• An account and its pass are for one person only. Do not share your login. We may limit the number of devices signed in at the same time.

3. Passes and payment

• Access to the full course library requires an active Monthly (30 days) or Yearly (365 days) pass. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, plus GST at the applicable rate.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Passes do not renew automatically. Buying a new pass while one is active adds its days to your remaining time.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may offer free or complimentary access (for example free lessons or group passes) on terms we set.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download in bulk, record, scrape, republish, sell or share course content, quizzes or answers, in whole or in part, outside your own personal learning;
• use bots, scripts or tools to access the Platform automatically, or try to get around access controls, rate limits or security;
• upload or send harmful code, spam or unlawful, abusive or infringing material;
• misuse the "Run here" or "Run in VS Code" features, for example to run code that harms other people's systems.

5. Content and intellectual property

All course content, text, code examples, quizzes, designs, logos and the Booster LEAP and AiToNi Edutech names belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own learning while your access lasts. You may use the code you write yourself, and short code examples from lessons in your own non-commercial learning projects.

6. Running code

"Run here" runs simple Python examples inside your browser. "Run in VS Code" opens and runs examples on your own computer using the free Booster LEAP VS Code extension and the software you install. Code runs on your device, under your control. Follow the setup guide, run only code from our lessons that you understand, and keep backups of your own files. We are not responsible for changes made to your device by software you choose to install or code you choose to run.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available and the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, update, reorganise or retire courses and features. If a course is retired, your pass continues to cover the rest of the library.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example account sharing or copying content, with or without notice and without a refund. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of opportunity, data or income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
